Many clients have chosen the "stations" approach for meats, salads, breads, macaroni & cheese, mashed or baked potatoes, etc. Some "stations" require an attending chef/server and some are self-serve.
Buffet or seated dinner food service, certified Bartender service or Wine/Beer service are available.
Elegant glass or china dishes, cloth napkins, silverware and glassware are available at a modest per-person charge. Upscale disposables and service pieces come with most orders at no charge.
