Reception Menu Packages:
Each package except the "Gold" package includes delivery with disposables (plates, flatware, cups and napkins). Service charge is 18% for buffet service (maximum = 4 hrs). For a seated/plated dinner the service charge is 20% (the "Platinum" level package).
China/glass plates, silverware, specialty glassware, linens, table/chair treatments, table decorations and serving "stations" are available with any Reception Package.
