Reception Menu Packages:

Each package includes delivery with disposables (plates, flatware, cups and napkins). Buffet, stations or tableside service are available.

China / glass plates, silverware, glassware, linens, table/chair treatments, table decorations and serving “stations” are available with any package at additional cost, starting at $ 3.60/person.

Free consultations for menu and services customization, by appointment. Private Tastings from the menus are $30 for 2-4 people, by reservation. (Fee is waived if a deposit is received at that time.)

* Service charges range from 18% for buffet service to 22% for a seated / plated dinner. Service charges are calculated as part of an overall “package” price, based upon the number of servers and bussers required.
